Cajun Steak
Cajun seasoning:
- Paprika Chili Powder
- Oregano Onion Powder
- Cayenne Black Pepper Salt
- Garlic Powder
Steak Marinade:
- 1/4 C Brown Sugar 2 Tbs Bourbon
- 2 Sprijs Thyme 1/3 C olive oil
- 4 cloves Garlic (Minced)
- 1/3 C. Soy Sauce or Red wine
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes.
- 1/2 Tbs Grain Mustard
Marinade Steak in "Cajun seasoning", exposed, for an hour to 2 hours. Mix "steak marinade" in container and add seasoned Steak. Marinade another hour at Minimum.
In a hot cast iron pan, seer meat 2 minutes on each Side and let rest in heated oven (Low/170-) for about 10 minutes.
For Cajun butter to dip steak in, heat 3 Tbs unsalted butter and add 1 Tbo Cajun seasoning.
