Honey Lavender Shortbread Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup softened butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tbs honey
- 2 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp dried lavender
Steps:
- Cream butter, sugar, and honey until fluffy
- Add sugar, flour, salt, and lavender. Mix until combined.
- Deride into two logs 1 1/4" in diameter
- Freeze 30 minutes or refrigerate 2+ hours
- Slice into 1/4" slices
- Place 1-2" apart on lightly greased baking sheet
- Bake 15-20 minutes
