Ingredients:
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 tsp (1 packet) yeast (instant)
- 2 tsp salt
- 1.5 cups warm water
Steps:
- Mix all ingredients and cover, let rise for 2-3 hours.
- Preheat oven to 445° with Dutch oven inside.
- On a floured surface, empty dough and form into ball by pulling on sides and folding in top. Place on parchment paper and rest while oven preheats.
- Using parchment paper, transfer dough to Dutch oven once oven is preheated. Leave parchment paper in dutch oven.
- Baked for 30 minutes with lid on, then 12 minutes without the lid.
