Ingredients:
- 2 TBSP – Olive Oil
- 6-10 - Tomatillos (Cut into quarters or smaller)
- 3 - Anaheim Chili Peppers (Halved)
- 3 – Jalapenos (Halved)
- 3 – Poblanos (Charred and halved)
- 1 – Green Bell Pepper (Quartered and seeded)
- Other Chilies as you see fit (Preferably of the green sort)
- 8 – Garlic Cloves (Chopped)
- 2 TBSP – Oregano (3 if using dried)
- 1 TBSP – Parsley (1 ½ if using dried)
- 1 TBSP – Cumin
- 1 TSP – Chili Powder
- 1 – Bouillon cube (I like chicken for this recipe, but you can also use beef and its pretty good)
- 1 Package – Cream Cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Optional: 3-5 – Hatch chilies (Halved… if you can find them. It adds a buttery flavor to the chili)
